A companion described him thus: "He was not overly tall nor overly short." Another companion narrated: "I have not smelt any fragrance more beautiful than the fragrance of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was of fair complexion, with elements of redness/rosiness.
