When Sayyidatuna Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her) passed away at the beginning of 8th Hijri — the injury from her migration having become the cause of her demise, making the blessed companions call her a martyr — the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) led her funeral Salah and lowered her with his own blessed hands into her grave in Jannat-ul-Baqi. Addressing Allah at the graveside, he made Du'a to make things easy for his daughter.
