The most famous grandchildren of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) are Sayyiduna Imam Hasan and Sayyiduna Imam Husain (may Allah be pleased with them both). The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) loved his granddaughter Sayyidatuna Umamah (may Allah be pleased with her) dearly, carrying her on his shoulders to al-Masjid al-Nabawi. He gave her the gold ring gifted to him by the Najashi of Abyssinia.
