Sayyiduna Rabi' (rahimahullah) sold his Hajj provisions to assist the descendants of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) who had not eaten for four days. In a dream, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told him: 'When you sold your provisions and postponed Hajj to assist the lady who is one of my descendants, I prayed to Allah that He give you its recompense. Allah created an angel resembling you and commanded him to perform Hajj on your behalf every year till the Day of Judgement.' Then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: 'He who makes a deal with us, gains benefit.'
