Peer Maher 'Ali Shah (rahimahullah) narrated: During the pilgrimage to Madinah, the Greatest Rasool (peace and blessings be upon him) appeared in a dream and said: 'A descendant of Rasool should not miss Sunnah.' Firmly holding his blessed shins which were more delicate than silk, Peer Maher 'Ali Shah began to weep and recite Salawat. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not prevent him from calling 'Ya Rasoolallah!' — which confirmed to him that he was indeed in the presence of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
