The Battle of Mu'tah — foretelling from Madinah: The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was in Madinah observing and mentioning the events of the Battle of Mu'tah as they unfolded. He foretold that Sayyiduna Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) would be martyred, then Sayyiduna Jafar would take the flag, then Sayyiduna Abdullah Bin Rawahah (may Allah be pleased with them) — and so it came to pass exactly as he had said.
