During the Battle of Uhud, some blessed ends of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) holy teeth were subject to damage, and his noble face was wounded. The Companions requested: "Make du'a for their destruction." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "I was not sent as a curse upon people." Then he supplicated: "O Allah! Guide my people, for they do not know."
