Lady 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) described the character of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) by saying: "كَانَ خُلُقُهُ الْقُرْآن" — "His character was the Quran." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) divided his days and nights into three portions — one for Allah, one for his family, and one for the people.
