The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed from this world at the age of 63 years on Monday, 12th Rabi' al-Awwal, corresponding to 12th June 632 C.E. (according to another opinion, this took place on 1st Rabi' al-Awwal or 2nd Rabi' al-Awwal). He was given blessed burial in the blessed chamber of Sayyidatuna 'Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).
