Description
The birth of Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishti in Sijistan (present-day Iran/Afghanistan). He would become the most celebrated Sufi saint of the Indian subcontinent, known as 'Gharib Nawaz' (Helper of the Poor). Arriving in Ajmer during the rule of Prithviraj Chauhan, he attracted countless people to Islam through his character, compassion, and service to humanity, establishing the Chishti Sufi order in South Asia.
